Week 1 · Call20 minutes with our Corporate Health lead: headcount, locations, what hurts (access, sick days, claims, retention), and what you want measured.
Week 2 · ProposalA one-page menu with the services you chose and flat pricing for any on-site events. Standard care carries no employer fee.
Week 3 · AgreementA one-page agreement and a privacy statement for your employees. Your HR lead gets a dedicated phone line and a one-page employee flyer.
Week 4 · Launch dayA provider and coordinator at your office: blood-pressure checks, questions answered, employees booked on the spot with the QR code.
QuarterlyParticipation report (counts only), the next on-site date, and a 15-minute review call.
What employees see
A flyer and QR code that books directly on our Privia scheduling page, a phone number that answers, and a provider who knows their employer sent them, so the first visit is easy. Nothing about their care is reported back.
What HR sees
Participation counts, on-site event summaries and, for groups of 50 or more participants, aggregate de-identified screening results. Never individual information.
